摘要
目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进患者手术治疗,手术前后护理方法效果。方法对38例甲状腺功能亢进患者手术治疗护理资料进行分析。结果 38例行甲状腺大部切除术治疗及护理,随访3个月至3年,所有患者均获得治愈。结论术前注意营养调理和心理护理,手术后做好伤口护理。
Objective The nursing effects of the surgical treatment of the patients with hyperthyroidism before and after surgery are to be investigated.Methods The nursing data of the surgical treatment of 38 cases of hyperthyroidism was analyzed. Results With 3 months to 3 years＇ following up,among 38 cases of the patients who underwent the treatment and nursing of subtotal thyroidectomy,all patients were cured.Conclusion Before surgery,the nutrition conditioning and psychological nursing should be paid attention to,while,after surgery the would should be well looked after.
