青少年结核性胸膜炎病人的护理

Nursing Care of Adolescent Patients with Tuberculous Pleurisy

目的通过对青少年结核性胸膜病人的临床表现观察及相关护理治疗手段,探讨合理的护理模式对患者康复的影响。方法患者在患病期间,会出现发热、气喘、胸闷、咳嗽、胸腔积水等一系列症状,故在护理方面要采用针对性治疗手段加以治疗,同时结合相应的护理方式配合治疗。结果通过给来我院进行就诊的44例青少年结核性胸膜炎病人进行为期半个月的临床治疗,并搭配合理的护理治疗。病人的胸部间积水量明显减少,胸闷、气喘、发热等症状明显好转或基本消失,除2例需要进一步留院观察外,其余42例均可出院。结论给予青少年结核性胸膜炎患者正确的护理治疗干预,能够提高患者康复的速率,达到良好的治疗效果。

Objective By clinical observation and related nursing treatment of adolescent tuberculous pleural patients, to investigate the effect of nursing care on rehabilitation of patients with the rational model. Methods The patients in the course of illness, fever, cough, asthma, chest tightness, hydrothorax and a series of symptoms, so in the care to use targeted therapy means to treat, at the same time with the combined treatment of corresponding nursing mode. Results The clinical treatment for half a month by giving 44 adolescent patients of tuberculous pleurisy patients came to our hospital for medical treatment, nursing and reasonable collocation. The patient＇s chest effusion quantity obvious reduction, chest tightness, shortness of breath, fever and other symptoms improved significantly or disappeared, except 2 cases need to stay in hospital for observation, the remaining 42 cases can be discharged. Conclusion The treatment of adolescents given nursing intervention in patients with tuberculous pleurisy correct, can raise the rate of recovery of patients, to achieve a good treatment effect.
