摘要
目的探讨对行白内障囊外摘除并人工晶体植入术治疗的老年性白内障患者进行手术护理的临床观察。方法对2012年1月~2014年2月期间在我科治疗的361例,其中,男208人,女153人,年龄50岁以下45人,50岁以上316人。结果病人病情稳定,治疗效果满意,痊愈100%。结论白内障囊外摘除并人工晶体植入术是治疗各种白内障的有效方法,加强病人术前心理护理,做好术前准备,密切观察术后并发症,了解白内障的危害及时采取相应的护理措施是确保手术成功的关键。
Objective To explore the cataract extracapsular extraction and iol implantation treatment of patients with senile cataract surgery nursing clinical observation. Methods From January 2012 to February 2014 in our department during the treatment of 361 cases, among them,male 208,female 153,age 50 under the age of 45 people,more than 50,316 people. Results Stable patients,the treatment effect is satisfied,recovery of 100%. Conclusion Cataract extracapsular extraction and iol implantation is an effective method for treatment of cataract,strengthen the patients with preoperative psychological nursing,preoperative preparation, close observation of postoperative complications,know the dangers of cataract take corresponding nursing measures in a timely manner Is a key to ensure the success of the surgery.
