摘要
目的研究3种胃切除消化道重建方式以及术后并发症的情况。方法我院选择2012年12月~2013年12月间诊治的136例实施全胃切除术的患者,将所选的患者随机分为三组,比较三种手术的优缺点。结果各组差异显著,有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 P型空肠袢食管空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术和改良功能性空肠间置代胃术更有助于营养恢复,同时降低术后并发症出现,适合临床应用。
Objective To study the 3 kinds of gastrectomy and digestive tract reconstruction and postoperative complications. Methods In our hospital from December 2012 ~2013 year in December diagnosis and treatment of 136 cases underwent total gastrectomy patients,Patients were randomly assigned to the selected into three groups, to compare the advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of operation. Results There was significant difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion P type jejunal loop esophagus jejunum Roux-en-Y anastomosis and modified functional Jejunal interposition is conducive to nutrient recovery, At the same time, reduce the postoperative complications, suitable for clinical application.
