招飞体检中心理干预对白大衣高血压的影响

The Effect of Psychological Intervention on the White Coat Hypertension in Recruit Pilots Physical Examination

目的分析探讨招飞体检中心理干预对白大衣高血压的影响。方法选取90例白大衣高血压患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,观察组实施独特的心理干预措施,对照组行常规护理。比较两组患者动态血压检测值、诊室血压以及体检合格率。结果观察组患者干预后的ABPM和CBP与干预前比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),对照组患者的ABPM值和CBP值干预前后有显著性差异,体检合格率较对照组具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论针对性的心理干预能显著提高患者在招飞体检中的合格率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on the white coat hypertension in recruit pilots physical examination.MethodsWe selected 90 cases with white coat hypertension and divided randomly into observation group and control group,45 cases each group.The unique psychological interventions were used in observation group,routine nursing in control group.The ambulatory blood pressure readings,clinical blood pressure and physical examination pass rate were compared in the two groups.Results In the observation group,there was no significant difference in the ABPM and CBP before and after intervene（P〉0.05）,but in control group,there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）.The physical examination pass rate was significantly different between observation group and control group.Conclusion Targeted psychological intervention can significantly improve patients in incurred a medical qualification rate,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
