摘要
目的研究妊娠期对视神经脊髓炎的影响因素以及治疗分析。方法我院选择2012年4月~2014年4月间诊治的妊娠期出现视神经脊髓炎的患者,总结妊娠对视神经脊髓炎的影响以及相应的治疗。结果视神经脊髓炎为一种中枢神经系统慢性自身免疫性疾病,主要见于生育期女性。妊娠能够触发疾病或者使病情加重,疾病会提升产科并发症的几率。但是大部分妊娠能够完成。结论妊娠期女性病情波动能够运用静脉大剂量免疫球蛋白、甲基泼尼松以及血浆交换等方法进行治疗,同时还可应用激素联合免疫球蛋白或者血浆交换治疗。
Objective To study the effect of period of neuromyelitis optica pregnancy factors and treatment analysis. Methods In our hospital from April 2012 ~ 2014 year in April pregnancy diagnosis of neuromyelitis optica patients,A summary of the impact in neuromyelitis optica pregnancy and its treatment. Results Neuromyelitis optica as a central nervous system chronic autoimmune disease,Mainly in reproductive age women.Pregnancy can trigger the disease or illness,The disease will increase the risk of obstetric complications.But most of the pregnancy can be completed. ConclusionThe pregnant women condition fluctuations can use of high-dose intravenous immunoglobulin,methyl prednisone and plasma exchange treatment,At the same time, can alsobe used hormone combined with immunoglobulin and plasma exchange therapy.
