乳牙牙髓病和根尖周病诊疗体会

The Diagnosis and Treatment Experience of Deciduous Dental Pulp Disease and Periapical Disease

目的探讨乳牙牙髓病和根尖周病的诊断及治疗。方法对60例3~8岁患儿牙髓病和根尖周病患者临床诊断及治疗方法资料进行分析。结果经治疗患牙无自觉症状,无叩痛,咀嚼功能良好,根尖隙疏区缩小或消失。结论对乳牙牙髓病的治疗,原则上不宜过于保守,应采取有效的方法控制感染,消除临床症状,以维持患牙到正常替换期。

Objective The diagnosis and treatment of deciduous dental pulp disease and periapical disease to be investigated. Methods Making an analysis of clinical diagnosis and treatment data selected from 60 cases of children patients aged 3 to 8 years old with deciduous dental pulp disease and periapical disease. Results With attendance and treatment, there is no more symptoms and percussion pain in diseased teeth, and masticatory function is favorable, and the sparse area of apical gap shrink or disappear. Conclusion In principle, the treatment of deciduous dental pulp disease and periapical disease is suggested to be non-conservative, and take effective measures to control inflection and eliminate clinical inflammation, therefore, the normal replacement period of teeth could be maintained.
