脑积水患者侧脑室—腹腔分流术治疗体会

The Treatment Experience of Hydrocephalus Patients with Lateral Ventricle-Peritoneal Shunt

目的探讨脑积水患者脑室-腹腔分流术治疗方法效果。方法选取23例脑积水患者行侧脑室-腹腔分流术治疗方法资料进行分析。结果经治疗脑室形态恢复20例,脑室形态3例。随访6个月至1年,症状明显好转12例,好转9例,无效2例。感染1体,经治疗后好转。结论脑室-腹腔分流术适应证于对各种原因引起的梗阻性或交通性脑积水均适用。手术方法简单,术后易发生并发症,应引起注意。

Objective The treatment effect of hydrocephalus patients with lateral ventricle-peritoneal shunt to be investigated. Methods Making an analysis of treatment data selected from 23 cases of hydrocephalus patients with lateral ventricle-peritoneal shunt. Results With being treated,there are 20 cases of patients having recovered the ventricle shape,and 3 cases of patients are ventricle shape.And with 6 months to a year following-up observation,12 cases of patients have improved the health state to a great extent and 9 cases of patients show a sign of improvement,while,there are 2 cases are ineffective,and one case of patient gets inflammatory,but the patient gets better after being cured. Conclusion Lateral ventricle-peritoneal shunt can be applied to the obstruction or communicating hydrocephalus caused by any reason.The surgical method is easy and simple;however,the complications of the illness relapse easily which should be noticed.
