摘要
目的建立人血中Pb、Cd、Hg、Mn、Cu、Co、V、Ni、Mo、Zn、Tl、Ag、Sb、Ti等14种金属和Sc、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy等15种稀土元素检测的新方法。方法血样经硝酸水浴消解后,经电感耦合等离子体质谱法直接同时测定血中的多种金属元素。结果 29种元素的检出限在0.03~0.46μg/L之间,RSD均小于4.2%,质控样品Seronorm TM Trace Elements whole Blood L-2中29种元素测定的结果均在标准值参考范围内。结论该方法简单,检出限低,精密度度好,准确度高,适用于人血中的重金属元素及稀土元素的检测。
Objective To establish the method for the determination of 29 elements in blood by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS). Methods The samples were digested by HNO3 dissolution system in water bath. The solution was directly analyzed by ICP-MS for the determination of 29 elements. Results The detection limits of each elementwas between 0.03 μg /L ~0.46 μg /L. Relative standard deviations were below 4.2%. Standard reference materials were used quality control standards and the analysis results conformed well to the certified values. Conclusion The method was proved to be simple,rapid,accurate and reliable. And it has been applied to the determination of metal elements in blood with satisfactory results.
