摘要
目的对临床免疫检验的质量控制的重要性进行分析。方法选取200份免疫检验单,随机分为两组,实验组100份采取质量控制,对照组100份常规处理。结果两组检验效果主要从C肽、血清胰岛素、甲胎蛋白等方面进行比较,实验组的平均变异的指数明显降低,两组数据的比较差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在临床免疫检验过程中,标本的采集,试剂的选择、仪器设备的选用都会对检验结果产生巨大的影响,所以质量的控制将会给临床检验提供更可靠的数据资料。
Objective To clinical immunology test to control the quality of the importance of the analysis. Methods A total of 200 copies of immune tests,were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group 100 take the quality control,100 samples of conventional treatment control group. Results The effect of the two groups were compared to test mainly from C peptide,insulin,serum alpha fetoprotein and so on,the average variation of the experimental group decreased,with significant difference between two groups of data,P〈0.05. Conclusion In the clinical immunology test process,specimen collection,the reagent of choice,equipment will have great influence on the test results,so the control quality for clinical tests will provide more reliable data.
