摘要
目的分析盐酸氨溴索治疗老年呼吸机相关性肺炎的临床疗效。方法统计分析2009年8月至2013年8月我院收治的100例老年呼吸机相关性肺炎患者的临床资料。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率88.0%(44/50)明显比对照组60.0%(30/50)高(P<0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索治疗老年呼吸机相关性肺炎的临床疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of elderly patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia. Methods The clinical data of 100 cases of elderly patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia in our hospital from August 2009 to August 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The total treatment efficiency of patients in the observation group 88.0%（44/50） was significantly higher than the control group 60.0%（30/50）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride is remarkable in the treatment of elderly patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia,so is worthy of promotion.
