瑞芬太尼复合右美托咪定在医学美容手术麻醉中的应用分析

Analysis of Application of the Recombination of Remifentanil and Dexmedetomidine in Anesthesia in Medical Cosmetic Surgery

目的探讨瑞芬太尼复合右美托咪定在医学美容手术麻醉中的作用。方法选取于我院进行美容手术的94例患者,按麻醉方式分为对照组和观察组各47例,对照组给予异丙酚复合芬太尼麻醉,观察组给予瑞芬太尼复合右美托咪定麻醉,观察两组患者的麻醉效果及不良反应。结果观察组在麻醉整体效果上显著优于对照组,P<0.05,同时两组患者在不良反应上无明显差异,P>0.05。结论瑞芬太尼复合右瑞芬太尼麻醉效果好,不良反应发生率低,安全性高,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To investigate the effect of the recombination of Remifentanil and Dexmedetomidine in anesthesia in medical cosmetic surgery.Methods We selected 94 cases had a cosmetic surgery in our hospital and divided into observation group and control group according to the anesthesia, 47 cases each group. The recombination of diprivan and fentanyl were used in control group, the recombination of Remifentanil and Dexmedetomidine were used in observation group. We observe the anesthetic effect and untoward effect in two groups. Results The anesthetic effect was significantly better in observation group than in control group（P〉0.05） and there was no significant difference in untoward effect between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The recombination of Remifentanil and Dexmedetomidine has a better anesthetic effect and security and a lower rate of untoward effect. Using high safety, it is worth clinical promotion.
