痰热清注射液治疗喘息性气管炎的疗效观察

Observation Effect of Tanreqing Injection in Treating Asthmatic Bronchitis

目的探讨痰热清注射液在喘息性气管炎中的应用价值。方法抽取2010年1月-2012年7月入我院治疗的喘息性气管炎患者160例作为研究对象。结果观察组治疗总有效率90%较对照组治疗总有效率70%高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者不良用药反应无显著差异,不具统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论喘息性气管炎患者入院后,在常规治疗的基础上予以痰热清注射液治疗,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the Tanreqing injection application value in asthmatic bronchitis. Methods In January 2010- July 2012, works in our treatment of 160 patients with asthmatic bronchitis as the research object. Results Observation group total effective rate 90% higher than the control group total effective rate 70%, statistically significant difference（P 〈0.05）. Two groups of adverse drug reactions in patients with no significant difference, no statistical significance（P〉 0.05）. Conclusion Asthmatic bronchitis patients after admission, on the basis of conventional treatment to Tanreqing injection treatment, is worthy of popularization and application.
