校企深度合作是影响职业教育可持续发展的瓶颈。国家宏观层面的顶层设计、法规建设、体制机制构建是国家完善校企合作的“最后一公里”；地方政府、企业、职业院校和学生的深度互动则是校企深度合作生根开花的“最后一公里”，突破了向上、向下的两个梗塞，才能办成社会认可、企业满意、学生有为、院校有成的职业教育。
