摘要
高职院校从事平面设计教学的新教师在教学理念、创新思维、个人素质三个层面易存在误区,这就阻碍了创新人才和技能型人才的培养。所以,作为新教师应该学习先进的教学理念,应该创新思维,应该加强个人素质的提高。
