国有企业人力资源管理绩效考核及其运用研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着经济全球化的迅速发展,文化与信息多元化的趋势不断增强,我国社会主义深化改革更在如火如荼地进行当中,企业面临的市场竞争压力越来越大,为了能够在激烈的市场竞争中占有一席之地,就要从自身做起,内部挖潜,转化升级,以此来提高自身的竞争力。在企业未来的发展中,绩效考核在人力资源的管理中起到了关键的作用,并且对企业产生了巨大的影响。所以,企业要不断完善人力资源管理中的绩效考核的内容,并加强对其的运用,以此来提高企业员工的工作积极性,从而达到企业和员工个人发展的"双赢"。
