摘要 加强专业道德建设是教师专业化发展的内在要求,台湾地区以"教育爱、专业力、执行力"为核心理念,通过分阶段、广综合、有重点的培养方式形成了以入职前采取宣传教育与师资培训相结合;在职时采取师生互动性方式为主、合理的制度建设和相应的激励措施为辅;退休后采取以旧带新、传承经验的形式为基本内容的环绕互动模式,并取得了一定的成效,其对大陆有较大的启示作用。 Strengthen the construction of professional morality is the internal requirement of teacher professional development, the Taiwan Region to "love education, professional force, executive force" as the core concept, by stages, comprehensive, focused training methods formed in pre take publicity and education and training combination; while in office to take interactive mode mainly, supplemented by a reasonable construction of the system and the corresponding incentive measures ; after retirement is taken to the old with new, experience of the inheritance of forms as the basic contents of the surround interaction model, and achieved certain results.
