台湾地区教师专业道德建设“环绕互动”模式及其启示

加强专业道德建设是教师专业化发展的内在要求,台湾地区以"教育爱、专业力、执行力"为核心理念,通过分阶段、广综合、有重点的培养方式形成了以入职前采取宣传教育与师资培训相结合;在职时采取师生互动性方式为主、合理的制度建设和相应的激励措施为辅;退休后采取以旧带新、传承经验的形式为基本内容的环绕互动模式,并取得了一定的成效,其对大陆有较大的启示作用。
