The practice of Bachelor＇ s degree with a double major is in the plateau period now. It is a difficult but urgent problem to discovering the questions in the teaching management by deep- ly research work and offering targeted suggestions for the advanced teaching administrative officials. The popular understanding of Bachelor＇ s degree with a double major is that the second major is an assist thing to the first Bachelor＇ s degree major. So the teaching management of Bachelor＇ s degree with a double major belongs to the school not the university. There are a lot of barriers between the different schools of the university, so the quality of cross - disciplinary talents is hard to say. We thought that the only method to improve the quality of Bachelor＇ s degree with a double major and o- vercome its development plateau period is to strengthen the university＇ s management and monitor the teaching work rigorously, and take the second major as important as the first one. The universi- ty should reset the teaching objectives and curriculum design of Bachelor＇ s degree with a double major so that the schools can cooperate with each other and the university can improve the quality of cross - disciplinary talents.
