摘要 大学双学士学位的实践处在发展的高原期。深入研究揭示其教学管理中存在的问题,有针对性地提出改进措施是高校教务管理决策者面临的一个难题。对双学士学位教育辅助地位的通行认识导致双学士学位教学处于学院管理层面,无法打破学院间的专业壁垒,难以提高跨学科人才教育质量。从学校层面加强教学管理和组织监控,将其与第一学位同等对待,制定复合型人才培养目标及课程设置或许可以突破双学士学位教育发展高原期,提高人才质量。 The practice of Bachelor' s degree with a double major is in the plateau period now. It is a difficult but urgent problem to discovering the questions in the teaching management by deep- ly research work and offering targeted suggestions for the advanced teaching administrative officials. The popular understanding of Bachelor' s degree with a double major is that the second major is an assist thing to the first Bachelor' s degree major. So the teaching management of Bachelor' s degree with a double major belongs to the school not the university. There are a lot of barriers between the different schools of the university, so the quality of cross - disciplinary talents is hard to say. We thought that the only method to improve the quality of Bachelor' s degree with a double major and o- vercome its development plateau period is to strengthen the university' s management and monitor the teaching work rigorously, and take the second major as important as the first one. The universi- ty should reset the teaching objectives and curriculum design of Bachelor' s degree with a double major so that the schools can cooperate with each other and the university can improve the quality of cross - disciplinary talents.
