摘要
教学管理是高等学校各项管理工作的核心,教学秘书则是教学管理的重要组成部分。由于教学秘书长期处于工作繁琐、节奏快、强度大、压力高的工作状态下,晋升难、待遇低的现象普遍存在。从高校长远发展的角度看,要提高教学秘书的地位和待遇,肯定教学秘书的作用和业绩,稳定教学秩序、提高教学质量;同时,教学秘书也要提升自身的素质修养,增强职业归属感、自豪感和使命感。
Teaching administration dominates all kinds of administrative work in universities or colleges. A teaching secretary in a university is the important component in teaching administration groups . Teaching secretaries have been working in the situation of being ignored and being difficult to get promotion , and obtaining low treatment, although they are doing ? complicated jobs with fast pace, intense work and high pressure. In a long run, if the university wants to stabilize the teach- ing order and improve the teaching quality, it is really necessary to give recognition and affirmation to the teachers' function and achievements. Furthermore, it is necessary for the university t o im- prove their position and relevant treatment. Meanwhile, teaching secretaries need to improve their own qualifications and self - cultivate. In this case, they can enhance the teaching secretary profes- sional sense of belongs, the sense of pride and the sense of mission.
