摘要
国务院《关于加快发展现代保险服务业的若干意见》明确提出把商业养老保险建成社会保障的一个重要支柱,这为商业年金保险发展提供了广阔的市场空间和强有力的政策指引。本文基于影响消费者养老金年金化需求的理论逻辑,在国内外有关研究基础上,通过开展《中国城镇居民养老金年金化需求》的问卷调查,研究分析影响我国城市消费居民养老金年金化需求的核心行为要素。研究发现,影响我国城市消费居民年金化需求的行为因素主要包括:较弱的保险意识和年金意识;对保险公司的不信任;储蓄的赠与动机与预防动机的影响;对长寿风险的忽视和短视;对年金产品的误解;婚姻和家庭对个人年金化需求影响也较大。
"The Guidance to Accelerate the Development of Modern Insurance Service Industry" was issued re- cently by the State Council, which explicitly said to build up the commercial pension insurance as an :important pil- lar of social insurance. This would open up a vast potential market for commercial annuity insurance with strong pol- icy support. Based on the theoretical rationale of pension annuitization demands and existing studies, and the respon- ses to the questionnaire survey on pension annuitization demands of Chinese urban citizens, the paper tried to find out the key influencing factors on this demand. The key findings^were the following: ( 1 ) weak insurance and annui- ty awareness, (2) distrust in the insurer, (3) bequeath and preventive motivations for savings, (4) ignorance and myopia on longevity risk, and (5) misunderstanding on annuity products. Marriage and family status had impacts on the demand as well. The author also offered some suggestions on how to enhance Chinese consumer' s awareness for annuity and annuitization.
