摘要
建设工程投资的合理确定和有效控制是工程建设管理的一个重要组成部分,本文主要是从优化设计对建设投资控制决定性影响,优化设计与投资控制之间存在的主要问题,以及如何实现工程投资控制目标,三个方面对工程造价合理确定与控制工程造价进行分析。
The rational determination and effective control of construction project investment is an important part of engineering construction management. This paper mainly analyzes the rational determination and effective control of project cost from three aspects of the decisive influence of optimization design on construction investment control, the main problems of optimization design and investment control and how to achieve the goal of project investment control.
