摘要
随着城市发展水平的提升,地下空间的开发和利用,成为完善城市功能的重要途径,通过科学合理的规划设计,充分发挥地下空间的功能,可以有效缓解城市的用地紧张状况,并可以完善城市的整体功能。但是,近些年来,我国一些城市,在地下空间的开发方面,出现了一些问题,基于这种情况,本文对地下空间开发过程中的相关问题做了探索分析。
With the improvement of urban development level, the development and utilization of underground space becomes the important way to improve the urban functions. Through scientific and reasonable planning and design and giving full play to the function of the underground space, urban land tensions can be effectively alleviated, and the overall function of the city can be improved. However, in recent years, there have been some problems in the development of underground space in some cities in China. Based on this situation, this paper analyzes the underground space development and the related problems in the process.
