Based on the analysis of the employment situation of financial insurance specialty in higher vocational colleges, this article analyzes the problems in the financial insurance specialty construction in higher vocational colleges from the angle of enterprise needs, in order to provide breakthrough for the benign docking of personnel training and social requirement.
