为了提高刊物的竞争力,科技期刊应该通过及时审稿与答复、建立作者数据库、建立审稿专家数据库、组稿、做好退修和退稿工作、加快网络建设以及采取相关激励措施等途径来拓宽稿源。
In order to enhance the competitive power of publication, sci-tech journals should attract manuscripts through reviewing peer and answering quickly, establishing the author database and edit expert database, soliciting contributions, completing the work of revising and sending back of the manuscripts, speeding up the network construction and taking the related drive measures.
