摘要
以离子液体[Hmim]+BF-4为催化剂,无溶剂条件下合成了尼泊金十二醇酯。利用正交试验确定了最佳工艺条件:醇酸物质的量比为1∶1.1,离子液体[Hmim]+BF-4的用量为对羟基苯甲酸质量的8倍,反应时间为4h,反应温度80℃,产率达到95.3%,产品经IR确证。此法催化剂表现出较高的活性,且稳定性好,可循环使用,为工业合成尼泊金十二醇酯提供了一种较好的选择。
The synthesis of dodecyl nipagin ester was catalyzed by ionic liquids ( [ Hmim ]^+ BF4^- )without any solvents. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained by orthogonal experimental method. The best conditions were as follows: molar ratio of decyl alcohol and p - hydroxy benzoic acid was 1 : 1.1, the amount of ionic liquid [ Hmim ]^+ BF4^- was 8 (wt.) times of p -hydroxy benzoic acid, reaction time was 4h, reaction temperature was 80℃, the yield was about 95. 3% and the structure was characterized by IR. The catalyst had good activities, and was stable and reusable. Therefore, the study provides a good method for the industrial synthesis of dodecyl nipagin ester.
