摘要
采用水提法进行柿叶中的皂苷提取,并利用大孔吸附树脂分离柿叶中的皂苷。考察了不同的大孔树脂D101、HZ801、HZ806、HZ818、HP–20对柿叶皂苷的分离效果,确定选用HZ818大孔树脂对柿叶皂苷进行分离。结果表明大孔树脂HZ818分离柿叶皂苷的较佳工艺参数为:上柱流速3 BV·h-1,上柱液浓度为4.14 mg·m L-1,上柱液p H为4.6。洗脱剂流速为3 BV·h-1,洗脱剂乙醇体积分数为60%,用量为50m L。此工艺获得柿叶皂苷的纯度为59.3%。
water was used to extract saponins from persimmon leaves. For the purification of persimmon leaf saponins, macroporous resin was investigated: different purification effect of D101, HZ801, HZ806, HZS18, HP 20 were tested and HZ818 macroporous resin was selected as the best one. The results showed that the best separation condition was: column flow rate 3 BV, sapoinins solution concentration of 4. 14 mg mL^-1, column pH 4. 6, elution flow rate 3 BV, elution concentration of ethanol 60 % , and volume of 50 mL. Under these process conditions, purity of total saponins was 59. 3%.
