“自主-合作型”课堂教学改革的教育理念和策略选择

摘要 以教师为中心“满堂灌”的课堂教学模式已经出现弊端,完全不能适应我国高等教育新形势下的教学要求和人才培养机制。本文倡导“自主-合作型”课程教学改革模式,分析了该课改模式中所蕴含的教育理念,即“学习者自主”理论和合作学习理论。在“学习者自主”理念下,应重新定位教师和学生的作用;美国明尼苏达大学约翰逊兄弟提出的“合作学习五要素理论”非常值得借鉴。本文还认为,“自主-合作型”课程教学改革的策略选择是充分融合自主学习和合作学习,以“共学式”小组活动作为核心。
