高变质烟煤成型质量影响因素初探

Discussion on the effencing factors of shaping quality of bituminous coal with high metamorphism degree

通过对高变质烟煤成型特性的研究,从其灰分、成型粒度、煤的黏结性等方面分析了影响型煤指标的主要因素,提出高变质烟煤成型技术的工艺参数及探讨高变质烟煤成型的机理,为进一步解决固定床气化用原料煤成本较高等问题提供参考。

Through the research on the briquetting characteristics of high rank bituminous coal,this paper analyzed the main influencing factors of coal briquetting indicators from aspects such as ash yield,particle size and caking property.The process parameters and mechanism of briquetting technology of high rank bituminous coal were proposed,so that the reference of further solution of high cost on raw coal used in fixed bed gasification could be provideed.
