有益煤矿12号煤层煤质特征分析及评价

Analysis and assessment on coal characteristics of No.12 coal seam of Youyi Coalmine

介绍了有益煤矿的概况,并对其12号煤层煤的物理性质、煤岩特性、煤质特征、工艺性质及其工业用途进行分析及评价,得出如下结论：有益煤矿12号煤层结构主要为中-细条带状,金属光泽为主,断口主要为参差状、平坦状,少量贝壳状、阶梯状,内生裂隙较发育,偶见少量外生裂隙,宏观煤岩类型为半亮型,微观煤岩类型为微镜惰煤;煤质为低灰、中硫、中挥发分、低磷、特高热值的焦煤,可作炼焦用煤和动力用煤。

The general situation of Youyi coalmine was introduced in this paper,the physical properties,coal petrographic characteristics,coal characteristics,technological properties and industrial applications of No.12 coal seam coal were analyzed and evaluated as well.The No.12 coal seam had middle-thin banded structure and presented a metallic luster,moreover,the fractures were mostly splintery and flat,a few of endogenous fractures which were conchoid-shaped and ladder-shaped existed,a small amount of exogenous fractures could be seen as well.Macroscopical lithotype was semibright coal,microscopic lithotype was vitrinertite coal.According to the coal characteristics,the coal was determinated as coking coal with low ash,medium sulfur,low volatile matter and phosphorus,extra-high caloric value,and it could be in used as coking coal and steam coal.
