摘要
介绍了5E-APS全自动制样系统的工艺流程和系统结构、运行方式、环保除尘系统、电气控制系统,重点阐述了取样、称重、制样、弃料收集等工艺流程,分析了全自动制样系统在煤炭制样实际应用中的优点及存在的问题,并对该制样系统进行灰分及全水分偏倚试验。偏倚试验结果表明:该制样系统不存在灰分实质性偏倚,系统存在的全水分偏倚在95%概率下不大于0.46%,即按照GB 474—2008《煤样的制备方法》附录C进行试验,试样系统的制样精密度符合标准要求。
This paper introduced the process flow,system structure,operating method,environmental protective dust removing system and electric control system of 5E-AP801 automatic sample preparation system,process flows such as taking samples,weighing,sample preparations, material abandoned collection were emphasized, meanwhile,the advantages and existing problems in the application of automatic sample preparation system in real coal sampling circumstances were analyzed.Ash and total moisture tests for bias were done,it was shown that there was no real bias on ash content existing in sample preparation system,the total moisture bias of system under probability of 95% was less than or equal to 0.46%,that is to say,when the experiments were carried out according to the appendix C of GB474—2008 《Preparation of coal sample》,the precision of the sample preparation could meet the requirements of the standard.
