补肾导浊颗粒治疗良性前列腺增生

Bushendaozhuo granule in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的探讨补肾导浊颗粒在良性前列腺增生治疗中的作用。方法选择经临床确诊的良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者80例,随机分成对照组(35例)和治疗组(45例)。对照组患者服用甲磺酸多沙唑嗪(可多华)4 mg,每晚1次;治疗组服用补肾导浊颗粒(每次200 mL,2次/d)。2组分别在治疗前和治疗4周后行国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL),并计算疾病疗效及总有效率,同时对出现的不良反应事件进行记录。结果 80例患者均完成了4周的治疗,均未见明显不良反应。对照组治疗前的IPSS和QOL评分分别由(17.8±2.7)分、(4.8±1.1)分下降到治疗后的(16.1±2.4)分、(3.1±1.0)分(P<0.05)。治疗组的IPSS和QOL评分分别由(18.0±2.8)分、(4.9±1.2)分下降到治疗后的(14.1±2.3)分、(2.3±0.7)分(P<0.05),并且效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组显效9例,有效13例,无效13例,总有效率为62.9%。治疗组显效18例,有效20例,无效7例,总有效率为84.4%,其疾病疗效及总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾导浊颗粒能迅速改善BPH患者的IPSS和QOL评分,疗效优于多沙唑嗪。补肾导浊颗粒在改善BPH患者的下尿路症状及全身症状上都发挥着重要作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Bushendaozhuo Granule in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia（ BPH）. Methods We selected 80 cases of clinically diagnosed BPH patients and randomly assigned them to control group（ 35 cases） and treatment group（ 45 cases）. The control group received doxazosin（ Cardura） 4mg every night. The treatment group was given Bushendaozhuo Granule（ per 200 mL,2 times everyday）. We obtained the International Prostate Symptoms Score（ IPSS）,Quality of Life（ QOL） and recorded the adverse events before and after 4-week treatment. Results All the patients completed the 4 weeks of treatment without any adverse event. In the control group,the IPSS and QOL scores of pre-treatment respectively decreased from（ 17. 8 ± 2. 7）,（ 4. 8 ± 1. 1） to（ 16. 1 ±2. 4）,（ 3. 1 ± 1. 0）（ P〈0. 05） after treatment. In the treatment group,the IPSS and QOL scores respectively decreased from（ 18. 0 ± 2. 8）,（ 4. 9 ± 1. 2） to（ 14. 1 ± 2. 3）,（ 2. 3 ± 0. 7）（ P〈0. 05） after treatment. In the control group,the total effective rate was 62. 9% and there were 9 cases of excellence,13 effective cases and 13 ineffective cases. In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 84. 4% and there were 18 cases of excellence,20 effective cases and 7 invalid cases. The curative effect and the total effective rate of the treatment group had an advantage over those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Bushendaozhuo Granule can rapidly improve IPSS and QOL of BPH patients,which is better than doxazosin. It plays an important role in improving lower urinary tract symptoms and systemic symptoms of BPH patients.
