航天器贮箱液固耦合振动特性的仿真与试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 首先介绍了解决液固耦合问题的两类数值理论和相应的仿真方法,在ANSYS和NASTRAN有限元分析软件平台上分别采用液体单元法和虚拟质量法建立起圆柱形充液容器的液固耦合模型,模态分析算例取得了与模态试验一致的结果,校验了两种仿真方法的有效性,并对比分析了它们的特点;最后采用虚拟质量法对"嫦娥三号"探测器贮箱进行了频率响应分析,并将分析结果与贮箱正弦振动试验结果进行了比对,分析预示有效地指导了工程试验。 In this paper, firstly, two numerical methods for solving fluid-structure-interaction problems are recommended,as well as their respective applications in ANSYS and NASTRAN. For a cylindrical liquid-filled container,modal analysis results obtained by virtual mass method in NASTRAN and fluid element method in ANSYS respectively show good consistencies with experimental results. Features of the two simulation techniques are studied comparatively. Finally,the virtual mass method is used for frequency response analysis of Chang'e-3 probe's tank. The simulation results keep good consistencies with experimental results of the tank's sine vibration test,and a successful application case of this simulation method is proved in engineering test prediction.
