摘要
以乙二醇糖苷和异佛酮二异氰酸酯制备异氰酸酯二糖苷,研究分别以甲苯和二甲基甲酰胺作为反应稀释剂时,反应温度和时间对于反应过程的影响。实验得到较佳的工艺条件为:当稀释剂为甲苯时,反应时间为2h,反应温度为120℃,转化率为98%;当稀释剂为二甲基甲酰胺时,反应时间为30min,反应温度为60℃,转化率为90%。利用红外光谱对产品进行结构表征,并通过界面张力仪测定在其水溶液中的表面张力。结果表明,产品在浓度为0.4g/L时表面张力为38.97mN/m。该产物有较低的表面张力,乳化性、发泡性、稳泡性等性能均良好。
Isocyanate diglucoside was synthesized by ethylene glycol glycoside and buddha ketone diisocyanate.Effects of reaction time and temperature on process were explored when methylbenzene and dimethylformamide were usedas diluents,respectively.Reaction conditions were optimized.Conversion would be 98% when methylbenzene was used as diluent,reaction time and temperature were 2h and 120℃.Conversion would be 90% when dimethylformamide was used as diluent,reaction time and temperature were 0.5h and 60 ℃.Infrared spectroscopy and interface tensiometer were employed to perform the structures of products and surface tension in water,respectively.Results show that surface tension of product is 38.97 mN/m when concentration is 0.4g/L.Products show low surface tension with good performance of emulsion,foaming and stability.
