摘要
通过共混法将VAE乳液(醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液)与PVA、甲苯、松香树脂、萜烯树脂、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯进行混溶,制备了一系列基础性能不同的VAE胶黏剂基础母液。采用电子万能试验机、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、热重分析仪等分析手段对该母液得到的胶膜进行表征。利用正交设计考察了影响胶黏剂胶膜的机械性能。结果表明:以胶膜的剥离强度为评价指标时,最佳工艺条件为PVA质量分数6%,甲苯溶液质量分数4%以及邻苯二甲酸二丁酯质量分数3%。此时,胶膜的剥离强度最大,为(2.123±0.128)kN/m,同时,胶膜的拉伸强度为(6.732±0.159)MPa,断裂伸长率为(123.334±0.968)%。
A series of mother liquor of VAE emulsion were prepared by mixing VAE(vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion),PVA,toluene,rosin resin,terpene resin,and dibutyl phthalate.VAE mother liquor was analyzed by electronic universal testing instrument,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and thermo-gravimetric analysis.Influences of mechanical properties were investigated by orthogonal design.Results showed that the optimum experiment conditions were that mass fraction of PVA,toluene solution and dibutyl phthalate were 6.0%,4.0% and 3.0% respectively when peel strength was used as evaluating indicator.Then the optimum peel strength,tensile strength and elongation at break were(2.123±0.128)kN/m,(6.732±0.159)MPa and(123.334±0.968)%.
