摘要
为提高幼儿园教育质量,确保幼儿园教育符合国家制定的标准,韩国通过制定《幼儿教育法》建立了幼儿园教育评价制度。评价每三年进行一次,实施对象为韩国全部国立、公立和私立幼儿园。为确保评价结果的客观性和公正性,韩国制定了详细的评价指标体系。负责评价的机构是由教育专家和幼儿园教师组成的评价委员会,评价方法基本上使用书面评价、现场评价和综合评价方式。幼儿园评价制度对推动幼儿园完善教育环境、提高教育质量发挥了积极作用,但制度运行过程中也显现出一些需要进一步完善的问题。
To improve the quality of early childhood education and to make sure the kindergarten education in line with national standards,Korea modified the children's educationlaw,and issued nursery school evaluation system. The implementation objects are all thekindergartens in Korea,including national,public and private kindergartens. To ensure theevaluation results with objectivity and impartiality, evaluation index system in detail was establishede. Evaluation mechanism is composed of education experts and kindergarten teacher education evaluation committee. Evaluation methods include written evaluation,site evaluation and comprehensive evaluation. Kindergarten evaluation system is to be more meaningful,improving the education environment and the quality of education. The kindergartenevaluation system,however,has some problems which should be solved.
