摘要
教师进步项目(TAP)是在美国国家优质教学研究所的管理和支持下建立的教育者评价—支持系统,旨在吸引专业教师、推动教师发展、留住优秀教师,最终改进所有学生的学业成就。该评价系统采取"教学技能、知识和责任评估"及"学业增值评估"二元评估维度,通过课堂观摩、小组聚会等方式为教学实践活动提供了全面具体的评价方案,一定程度上克服了传统评价方法中的弊端,将过程评价与结果评价相结合,为教师提供更多的合作机会,促进教师的专业发展。
TAP is a system for teacher and student advancement which has managed andsupported by the National Institute for Excellence in Teaching. It is a comprehensive schoolreform with the goal to attract,retain,motivate,and develop quality teachers. It has adopted"teaching skills,knowledge,and responsibilities assessment"and"academic value-addedassessment"through classroom observations,cluster group meeting,teaching support andother ways to provide a comprehensive and detailed evaluation system in teaching practice.This evaluation system has overcome the shortcomings of the traditional evaluation in theUnited States. Not only has it combined the evaluation with process and outcomes,but alsoprovided more opportunities for cooperation for teachers. It has promoted teachers' professional development. And at last it can increase all students' achievement in American.
