摘要
为更好发挥技术成熟度评估方法作为装备采办和技术管理工具的作用,针对航空装备研发与采办的特点,提出设计开发航空装备技术成熟度评估系统的总体要求、流程结构以及各子系统结构的设计思路等.该系统采用了关系型数据库、可视化图形管理、结构化数据接口等软件技术,实现多站位数据共享集成评估、系统跨平台数据采集与交互,具有评估规范、操作简便、成果共享等特点.最后给出了该系统在某航空发动机技术成熟度评估方面的应用实例,并提出后续改进完善的主要方向.
With the purpose of tool of equipment acquirement equxpment assessment system forward, aiming at the features the better role Technology Readiness Level(TRL) assessment method played qua and technical management, the requirement of design and development of aviation base on TRL, flow process chart, and the subsystem design proposal are put of R&D and acquirement of aviation equipment. Software technology of relational database, visualization graphics management, structured data interface are introduced, which actualize integrated assessment of multi-station data sharing, and cross-platform data acquisition and interaction. The system has the characteristics of assessment specification, easy to about aero engine TRL assessment and subsequent operate and the results to be shared. An application example the main directions of refinement is also studied.
