摘要
旋片式真空泵是最常用的真空获得设备之一,它工作范围广,可以单独使用也可以作为其它真空泵的前级泵。但是旋片泵的功率随着入口压力的变化而变化,有时甚至会相差1-2倍的功率,因此驱动旋片泵的电机大部分时间处于轻载运行,电机的效率因而降低了。本文通过分析旋片泵工作效率的影响因素与各种功率控制方法,结合变频式电机的应用实现对旋片式真空泵驱动电机的功率控制。
The rotary vane vacuum pump is one of the most commonly used vacuum equipments. It can be exclusive used or the backing pump for another pump owning to its wide range of working state. However, the power of the rotary vane pump always change with the inlet pressure. The motor for driving rotary vane pumps are usually under loading. This paper has analyzed the factors influencing the efficiency and a variety of methods for controlling motor. We control the power of rotary vane vacuum pumps by frequency speed control technology.
