摘要
在对双级直联泵的叶片进行受力分析的基础上,建立了一种新的气体压力模型,该模型给出了叶片所受气体压力与转子转角和泵的主要设计尺寸的关系,并且根据泵入口压强的大小而选择相应的计算公式,可计算在不同入口压强下的叶片气体压力,达到了对叶片进行连续受力分析的目的。此外,还根据该模型运用Matlab对2XZ—4型直联真空泵进行了实例计算,为直联旋片泵优化设计和合理使用提供了依据,拓宽了直联真空泵的设计理论。
A new model of gas pressure has been built based on force analysis acting on vane of dual-stage direct coupled ro- tary vane pump, which offered the relationship between the gas pressure acting on vane, the angle of rotor and the design parameters of pump. The relevant calculation formulas of gas pressure were selected according to the size of inlet pressure, thereby obtaining the influences of different inlet pressure on forces, and then analyzing the forces acting on vane continuously. In addition, using this model and Matlab software, the gas pressure acting on vane of 2XZ-4 direct coupled rotary vane pump had been calculated, which offered theoretical basis for pump design optimization and reasonable use, also broadened the design theory of direct coupled rotary pump.
