摘要
本文对反应2Ca5(PO4)3F+3C=9Ca O+3CO(g)+Ca F2+6PO2(g)进行了系统的热力学分析。研究结果表明:不同压力下,Ca5(PO4)3F与C反应生成PO2(g)的理论起始温度不同,随着压力的下降起始温度降低。当压力为105Pa时,生成PO2(g)的理论起始温度为2662 K;当体系压力降至10 Pa时,反应理论起始温度为1897 K。
Thermodynamic analysis and relevant theoretical calculation were carried out about the reaction, which produces PO2(g) by calcium fluophosphate reduction with carbon. The result indicated that the initial temperature of the reaction producing PO2 (g) by Ca5 (PO4)3F and C will decreased with the decrease of the pressure. At normal atmospheric pressure, the theoretical lowest temperature of the reaction that Ca5(PO4)3F and C produce PO2(g) is 2662 K. When the pressure reduces to 10 Pa, the initial temperature will decrease to 1897 K.
