摘要
监狱对于犯罪人的改造效果与监禁刑行刑成本不成正比的事实推动了社区矫正制度的发展。社区矫正在取得一定成效的同时,也暴露出不少制约矫正效果的现实问题。本文旨在通过对相关问题的梳理,对我国的社区矫正制度改革有针对性地提出几点建议。
The correction effect of prison is disproportional to the execution costs of a sentence of imprisonment which is a fact that promoted the development of community correction system. Community Corrections in obtaining certain results at the same time exposed many real problems which constrains the correction effect. This paper aims to sort through the related issues to put forward some suggestions for the reform of China＆#39;s community correction system.
