摘要
多胺主要包括腐胺、亚精胺和精胺,是一类带有2个或2个以上氨基的低分子脂肪族化合物,被认为是一种生长素,广泛参与DNA的复制、细胞的增殖凋亡、细胞的信号传导等。近年来的研究发现,多胺对动物繁殖具有重要的调控作用,多胺不仅可参与调控雄性动物精子发生,影响精子活力,而且对雌性动物卵子发生、卵泡发育和排卵过程也具有重要的调控作用。本文综述了多胺调控动物繁殖过程的作用及其机制,为相关研究提供参考。
Natural polyamines such as putrescine( PUT),spermidine( SPD) and spermine( SPM) are lowmolecular aliphatic compounds with two or more primary amino groups,are considered as a kind of growth factor,and play important roles in regulating the process of animal reproduction. In recent years,the researches showed that polyamines played important roles not only in regulating sperm motility and spermatogenesis,but also in mediating oogenesis,follicular development and ovulation. Therefore,the roles and mechanisms of polyamine regulating the process of animal reproduction were reviewed in this paper.
