摘要
目的探讨血清嗜铬粒蛋白(CGA)、氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、高敏C-反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)水平与冠心病的相关性。方法选取2011年11月-2012年11月间于我院接受检查和治疗的冠心病患者64例作为观察组;选取排除了冠心病的64例患者作为对照组。检测两组患者的血清CGA、NT-proBNP、Hs-CRP水平,分析其与冠心病发病的相关性。结果观察组患者血清的CGA、NT-proBNP、Hs-CRP水平及Gensini评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者血清CGA水平与Gensini评分呈正相关(r=0.313,P<0.05);观察组患者血清NT-proBNP水平与Gensini评分呈正相关(r=0.269,P<0.05);观察组患者血清Hs-CRP水平与Gensini评分呈正相关(r=0.587,P<0.05)。血清CGA、NT-proBNP、Hs-CRP三者联合检测的诊断阳性例数与单独检测的诊断阳性例数比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论血清CGA、NT-proBNP、Hs-CRP水平与冠心病密切相关,作为冠心病发病的检测指标三者均具有很高的预测价值。
Objective To study the correlation between serum chromogranin A (CGA), N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (Hs-CRP) levels and coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods Sixty-four patients with CHD were enrolled as observation group and another 64 patients without CHD as control group. The levels CGA, NT- proBNP and Hs-CRP in serum were detected. Their correlation with CHD was analyzed based on the findings. Results The serum CGA, NT-proBNP and Hs-CRP levels and Gensini score of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The levels serum CGA, NT-proBNP and Hs-CRP of the observation group were positively correlated with Gensi- ni score ( r = 0.313, P 〈 0.05 ; r = 0. 269, P 〈 0.05 ; r = 0. 587, P 〈 0.05). Triple joint diagnosis made a significant difference compared with separate detection ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Serum CGA, NT-proBNP and Hs-CRP levels are closely related to CHD and had a highly predictive value.
