陈旧性肛裂术后应用麝香龙血软膏的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of Shexianglongxue ointment on postoperative chronic anal fissure

目的观察麝香龙血软膏对陈旧性肛裂术后创面愈合的影响。方法回顾性分析100例陈旧性肛裂患者的临床资料,根据术后换药方式的不同将其分为治疗组和对照组,比较两组患者的疼痛、水肿、渗液消失及创面愈合时间及治疗7 d后患者的疼痛程度评分逐项的差异。结果治疗组术后疼痛、水肿、渗液的消失时间明显短于对照组,创面愈合时间明显短于对照组,治疗组的VAS疼痛程度评定明显优于对照组,两组上述各项比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论应用麝香龙血软膏能明显减轻患者术后疼痛,促进创面的愈合。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shexianglongxue ointment on postoperative chronic anal fissure. Methods In the retrospective study, 100 patients with postoperative chronic anal fissure were divided into trial group and control group according to different ways of postoperative dressing change. Comparison was done in the aspects of disappearing time of pain, edema and exudation, wound healing time and VAS scores 14 days after operation. Results Disappearing time of pain, edema and exudation, as well as wound healing time, was significantly earlier in the trial group than in the control group, and the VAS pain score of the trial group was significantly better than that of the control group （P 〈0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Shexianglongxue ointment may reduce postoperative pain and promote wound healing.
