绿激光治疗经尿道前列腺电切术后尿道狭窄的临床疗效

Clinical outcomes of green laser therapy for urethral stricture after transurethral resection of prostate

目的观察绿激光治疗经尿道前列腺电切术后致尿道狭窄的临床效果。方法 2007年11月-2012年3月我科采用功率80 W,波长512 nm绿激光治疗经尿道前列腺电切术后出现的尿道瘢痕狭窄患者21例。术中自汽化镜内置入绿激光光纤对原创面瘢痕狭窄处进行汽化,术后留置F 20尿管10 d。结果术后随访12个月,19例患者排尿通畅(90.48%),2例患者经过尿道扩张后排尿症状改善(9.52%)。结论绿激光治疗经尿道前列腺电切术后导致的尿道狭窄具有出血少、损伤小、术后瘢痕复发率低,排尿症状改善等优点。

Objective To study the clinical outcomes of green laser treatment for urethral stricture after transurethral resection of prostate （TURP）. Methods A total of 21 patients with urethral stricture after TURP underwent green laser （80 W, 512 nm） treatment from November 2007 through March 2012. Green laser fiber was placed in via self-vaporization mirror to vaporize the orig- inal scar stenosis. Postoperative F＇20 catheter was indweh for 10 days. Results According to the postoperative follow-up of 12 months, 19 patients （90.48%） had no difficulty in urination, and the other two ones （9.52%） with difficulty reached improvement in urination due to urethral expansion procedure. Conclusion Green laser treatment for urethral stricture after TURP has the advantage of less bleeding, less injury, less recurrence of postoperative scar and better improvement in urinary symptoms.
