Notch1蛋白-人类HBx相关性肝癌治疗新靶点

摘要 肝细胞肝癌(HCC)发病率不断增加,但迄今尚缺乏有效的治疗方法和药物。因此,迫切需要寻找一种有效的治疗方法。慢性乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染是导致肝癌的重要原因之一,其中乙肝病毒X蛋白(HBx)是导致肝癌发生的直接原因。我们最近发现HBx可以活化Notch1蛋白从而促进肿瘤生长,而Notch1短发夹RNA(shRNA)可以抑制Notch1表达从而抑制肿瘤的生长。本文综述了近年有关Notch1与HCC的关系,提出HCC基因治疗的新靶点。
