区域法治文化问题的棱镜

The Prism for Regional Law Culture

本文是张文显教授2014年4月19日在扬州大学召开的"区域法治发展的文化机理"学术研讨会上所做的学术总结,根据张文显教授的讲话录音整理而成,文稿已经过张文显教授的审核。区域法治文化是新兴的区域法治发展法学学科研究中的一个重要领域。由于区域问题的特殊性和文化问题的复杂性,当前我国区域法治文化研究中出现了不同观点的碰撞和交流。张文显教授在本文中将这种百家争鸣的状况概括为区域法治文化问题的"扬州棱镜",他认为这种学术上的争鸣与批判是学术繁荣的现象,将促进区域法治发展法学学科知识的增长和创新。在总结不同观点的同时,张文显教授在文中提出了许多的真知灼见,为区域法治文化的研究乃至区域法治发展法学的形成与发展作出了方向性的论断。

This is an academic summary made by Prof. Zhang Wenxian to the seminar of ＂Cultural Mechanism of Regional Law Culture Development＂ held in Yangzhou University on April 19, 2014. It has been processed out of the recording of Prof. Zhang＇s address and been scrutinized by the speaker himself. Regional law culture is an important domain of the newly arising discipline of regional law de- velopment. With its uniqueness and complexity, this domain encounters distinctive views in its research. Prof. Zhang summarizes this status as the ＂Yangzhou Prism＂ for the problem of regional law culture. He holds that the academic conflicts and criticism of this sort symbolize the academic prosperity and will promote the growth of the discipline.
