通过对紧凑城市的概念和核心理念的阐述,结合国内城市边缘大型居住区的实际情况,分析了其目前发展中面临的主要问题,从土地集约利用、提高住区密度;功能复合多样、完善基础设施;公交优先发展、节约资源消耗三方面入手,初步探寻紧凑城市理念指导下的城市边缘大型居住区的规划对策。

Through illustrating compact city concept and core idea, combining with actual domestic edge city large-scale residential community conditions, the paper analyzes its major development problems. Starting from three aspects of intensive land utilization by improving residential density, various functions by improving facilities, public transportation priority by saving energy consumption, it explores edge city large-scale residential community planning countermeasures under the guidance of compact city concept.
