This paper introduced the meaning of cost prediction, mainly from the control of artificial, material, machinery, construction period and other cost, elaborated the cost control measures, and researched the matters needing attention of cost accounting and completion settlement, so as to take effective measures for cost management, win economic benefits for the enterprises.
