The paper introduces the concept of the underground water resources, analyzes the relationship between the evaluation and under-ground resource management of the underground water resources by combining with its evaluation contents, indicates the results of the separation between underground water resource and its management, and points out the underground water resource evaluation is the condition for the under-ground water resource management, while the underground water resource management should be integrated into the underground water resource evaluation.
